The People’s Initiative to Hold Government Accountable-Peter Konetchy

A brief summary of the 2016 Michigan Constitutional Amendment Initiative cited as “A Peoples Initiative to Hold Government Accountable.” It defines the act of Betraying Your Oath of Office and establishes a People’s Grand Jury to indict for a trial by jury if charges of committing this act are considered probable. A public official found guilty, by a jury of their peers, of Betraying Their Oath of Office must step down from office and lose their public pension. Volunteer to help pass this initiative at www.defendtheoath.com.

Secret property search in Michigan…

Michigan pig farmer, Mark Baker has his property search without warrant in the state of Michigan. We need your to help spread the word. Attention needs to be brought to this story please share and post everywhere.

We have been following the Mark Baker story for years and thought that after the state had deemed his pigs legal they would leave him along…wrong!

bakers green acres

Excerpt from a local liberty group We The People of Mid-Michigan- The final straw:   A delivery was made to Baker’s Green Acres during this same week.  The farmer making the delivery asked Mark if the whole dilemma he was involved with the State, the pigs, etc. had been resolved.  Mark just chuckled and said, “yeah, I guess so.”  He said he was relieved and that he had something he had been wanting to tell Mark for months.  Seems that one of those really frigid days this past winter, February time frame, this man came to make a delivery when no one was home. However, there were two snowmobiles parked out by the barns, driven up from the back of the property, belonging to two DNR officers armed to the teeth LOOKING THROUGH MARK’S BARNS and headed to the house when this man pulled in with his truck!  They intimidated this poor man so badly he kept his mouth shut for months until he thought the situation had been resolved.  How is this sitting with you?  Imagine pulling into your driveway and finding someone from the government going through your things?  Life, Liberty, Property . . . those things are guaranteed to us, but obviously no longer in the state of Michigan.

Please make this story go viral we need to shed a light on how our constitutional rights are being eroded before it’s too late!

Why Caesar the Pot-Bellied Pig is So Important…

Mark Baker is a farmer who has faced the tranny of the DNR himself.

Here is what has been going on in the last few years with the DNR in Michigan

This is why Caesar’s story is so important…

The constitution is the supreme law of the land, right?

If we don’t stand for liberty when other’s rights are being abused, who will?

Justice for Caesar…the pot-bellied pig murdered by the DNR

This is Caesar…

The pet pot-bellied pig murdered by the DNR.

The pet pot-bellied pig murdered by the DNR.

A pet pot-bellied pig, who was shot to death by a DNR officer on April 2nd, 2015. Please read this family’s story and share.

Justice for Caesar

Justice for Caesar

Help us avenge our murdered pet and all of those murdered before ours. Here is our story.

Justice for Caesar

Justice for Caesar

On Thursday April 2nd, 2015 our house pet miniature pot bellied pig, Caesar, went missing. My girlfriend Brandy and I, our 3 month old baby boy, our two dogs and our piggy live way out so we were never worried about letting the animals out on our property. Caesar wanders our property and grazes on nice days as happy as can be eating grass and rooting.

Justice for Caesar

Justice for Caesar

We yelled for him and shook a box of cereal (usually food noises get him moving) but nothing. The ground was soft still so we were able to follow his hoof prints down our driveway onto our dirt road.

To our shock and disgust, we found a puddle of blood and short drag mark several feet off of our property line. No piggy though. There were no other animal tracks so we knew he hadnt been attacked. We were clueless so we took to Facebook hoping someone would have information on weather someone might have hit him with a car and taken him to the vet or anything, we were worried sick.

Justice for Caesar

On Friday the 3rd, a Department of Natural Resources officer (game warden, conservation officer, whatever name you want to give him) pulled up and knocked on our door. We figured he had information so with excitement, Brandy answered the door asking if he knew anything about the pig. The man responded “Actually, I am responsible for the missing pig…” Not knowing what he meant, we asked. His answer being, “He came out of the woods at me running at a trotting pace and I felt threatened so I shot and killed him”. Jaws dropped in disbelief, tears and anger flew. Not very nice things were said (as someone would expect when you tell them you just murdered their family pet for no reason at all).

The man then began to change his story to “I was following orders” rather than the lie he first told about Caesar running out of the deep snow woods and charging him. (Caesar was about 15″ tall with legs that are about 6″ long, 30lbs. Not much bigger than a Boston Terrier.. can you see an animal of that geometry charging through the snow or being a threat at all?.. not to mention the man was in his TRUCK! ) So I knew he had no true remorse for what he did. Pulling the trigger without thinking or identifying the target as an officer with 15 years experience. He was several feet off of our property line and right next to a “Safety Zone” sign, also very very close to our house with our family and animals . I asked for his body and he told me that we could not have him and that he is going to be sent to the USDA for testing like a wild rabid animal! We cant even have the poor baby’s body to lay at rest on our property that he loved. I got his superior’s information and had him leave.

Justice for Caesar

Justice for Caesar

As you see we are in a horrible situation. We are begging for the body back so we can lay the poor baby to rest. We have a family pet murdered and no answers. We are contacting attorneys and state officials seeking representation and answers. There are many horror stories out there of pets being wrongfully murdered by people that have no heart and should not have the authority to make that decision. To make a true difference so no one ever has to go through this kind of pain and the poor animals have a fair chance at life, we need as much publicity as possible. We need the right people to see and enough of them so this doesnt get swept under the carpet like so many before. We want to make a different. Doing so is not going to be cheap. We are here asking for funding to help our fight:
-We need to fight to get his body back so we can get our own necropsy (animal autopsy) done so we can prove that he was shot in cold blood and not actually charging him.
-We plan on fighting the Department of Natural Resources and whoever else it takes to get laws changed on these types of things. They need to be held accountable for their own actions. It will not be a short battle, but we are not going to give up.
-We want to ensure that current officers are trained further so they are able to tell the difference between a threat and a pet. We want to fight to get rid of the ideas of free shooting of pigs that they were cruel enough to put into action. (In Marquette County where we live, in the last 4 years, there has been one sighting of a wild pig, and he was causing no trouble. Just being a wild free animal is enough for the DNR to want them all dead. This is not right.)
Attorney costs will start piling up very soon and we need your help to make this difference. Every bit counts. Anything above the attorney costs will be put toward the effort of changing these cruel pointless laws and the retraining of the people put in charge of maintaining our precious outdoors. Change is a necessity.
Please help our cause!
Thank all of you very much for the support.

Interesting enough I was at a meeting last week in which a representative from the Attorney General’s office told a group of us on Thursday, that it is the Michigan Attorney General’s job to defend the DNR when it is sued. Being concerned I asked “who defends us?” The response was we need to hire I own attorneys. So tax dollars pay for the DNR to be defended and “We the People” need to help Caesar’s family, because the DNR has an unlimited budget for legal fees. Meet me under the liberty shares this family’s story to shed light on why standing for liberty is important. If we do not stand for others, there will be no one to stand for us!

Operation Northcutt…First Response from Michigan’s Attorney General

Here is a follow up video on operation Northcutt… Here is the first response back from the Michigan’s Attorney General, Bill Schuette…

Amazing what Attoney General said about the constitution and his oath of office on video…

So what are you going to do about this? Are you sheep or a sheepdog?

Pow Wow 2015

I attended the 2015 Pow Wow and thought I would share this review by Tammy Hyatt of We the People of Mid-Michigan…

General William “Jerry” Boykin was Keynote Speaker at the PowWow in Mt. Pleasant yesterday. Had it not been for him, the $30 I paid to get into the place would have been a complete waste. But as General Boykin went from telling a little bit about himself and moved into the political part of his speech, he began to point out the real problem we have – the GOP looks like and acts like Democrats most of the time. Then he said it, “I think it’s time for a 3rd Party”. The crowd that had sat there half asleep the entire morning, those that came looking for something promising, gave a great big cheer – by far the loudest of the day, when Gen. Boykin said those words. Music to my ears . . .

The message of “going on offense” was basically: elect more Republicans to office. Those of us that have been lifelong Republicans and no longer consider ourselves Republicans – not because we left the Party, but the Party left us – sat their sickened by this sad turn of events. The Powwow used to be a gathering to publicly proclaim and discuss problems and potential solutions. Now it is simply work to elect good principled people with the GOP brand and all of our problems will be over. Really? You mean there won’t be a State Exchange set up in my state promoting Obamacare? Common Core will be blocked from my child’s school? 2nd Amendment will be preserved and people I elect rather than people who work for the governor will decide who can have guns and who can’t? I can keep my telephone (landline) that I’ve had for more than 30 years and not be forced to use a cell phone? When the State Agency of the Month, be it MDEQ, MDARD, MDNR, MDOT, whomever, tries to enter my property and I decide to take them to court, I can have a jury trial? in my town where I live? When I decide to buy something on the Internet I won’t have to be taxed on that if I’m buying it out-of-state? or the latest, greatest: If someone decides that something I am doing is deemed a “NUISANCE” I don’t have to worry about the police coming and taking my property away without me being charged or convicted of something????

Wait . . . all of these things have been done – in the last year and a half! AND the GOP controls both Houses! And we have a Republican Governor! And a Republican Attorney General who’s job it is to preserve the citizens of Michigan Constitutional rights!! Oh, and then we have the looming gas tax and state sales tax hike coming in May? under the guise of fixing the roads? Hey, Snyder! Hey Dept. of Transportation! Quit putting in those stupid roundabouts and use the millions those cost to fill in the darn potholes. You’d be giving us money back!!!! But then there’s that pesky bridge issue. Hmm . . . how are we going to fund that? . . . even though it was on the ballot a couple of years ago and the people of Michigan said “NO”!!

Then we went to the “breakout session”, the one on Property Rights. Greg, Mark and Tom did a great job explaining some important points to the folks in the packed room and there were many questions asked following their segment. So, once we got out of the cheerleading rally in the main room, the actual sessions themselves were informative. People are definitely still engaged, still are understanding just what is at stake, and becoming involved. It was heartwarming to talk with so many patriots who are still involved in the fight and willing to do whatever it takes to retain the liberty that is ours.

Some of us patriots stayed behind in our breakout room and came up with another homework assignment for you. All of our newly elected officials have or will be sworn in shortly. We would like you to ask the following questions, and you can add a few of your own, to our Attorney General (miag@michigan.gov) and your elected official, both your representative and senator:

1) Is the Attorney General exempt from a 1983 action? (see below for definition)

TITLE 42 > CHAPTER 21 > SUBCHAPTER I > § 1983

§ 1983. Civil action for deprivation of rights

Every person who, under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any State or Territory or the District of Columbia, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress, except that in any action brought against a judicial officer for an act or omission taken in such officer’s judicial capacity, injunctive relief shall not be granted unless a declaratory decree was violated or declaratory relief was unavailable. For the purposes of this section, any Act of Congress applicable exclusively to the District of Columbia shall be considered to be a statute of the District of Columbia.

2) Is the Attorney General required to follow his Oath of Office? And is Rep. _______ and Senator ________ required to follow his/her Oath of Office?

3) Can the town council, Board of Commissioners, Planning Commission etc. suspend the Constitution?

4) Is it legal for town council, Planning Commission, etc. to prohibit vegetable gardens in town?

(If you’re laughing about the last one, you need to follow up on what MDARD has been up to lately!)

If you are asking these questions via email please send a copy to Mark Baker at bakersgreenacres@yahoo.com or Tammy at tlchyatt@tm.net. Of course, we want to know when you receive an answer – and they have to answer you, remember they work FOR YOU – as we are going to keep track of these answers. We will match them up to the reps/senators voting record and keep track of the responses from the A.G’s office just in case he has higher aspirations politically. If you do it via phone conversation, please ask them to put their answers in writing and mail them to you either electronically or through the U.S Postal Service.

We are interested in knowing the answers you receive regardless of where you live or who your rep/senator is . . . The more of them we have on record, the better for our “project”. We were told many of the newly elected representatives and senators are fighting for our rights and stand on the Constitution. They will have no problem answering your questions and getting back to you in a timely manner if they have one ounce of integrity.

Yep, the PowWow ain’t what she used to be but thankfully many of the patriots still are just that – patriots! If we ran into you yesterday, it was awesome to see you. If you weren’t there, pick up a copy of Gen. Boykin’s book then you will have missed nothing. If you were there and we didn’t see you, we’ll see you soon as we are planning something of our own here in the spring when the roads are a little better. We met some great patriots from the U.P yesterday and are looking forward to working with them on our “project”.

As always, thanks for your support, your love of God and Country, and thanks for standing up for freedom.

Operation Northcutt…

Please help this local farmer in Operation Northcutt. DNR tried to shut down his farm and now he needs the help of the liberty movement to stop this from happening to other farmers. Please share this video.

Operation Northcutt allows normal citizens like us to remind our elected officials they work for us.

Please get involved in this issue. We can make a difference with pressures from phone calls and emails from all over the nation. Here is some information from a local tea party on what you can do on this issue…Some of us patriots stayed behind in our breakout room and came up with another homework assignment for you. Background on the Baker’s Farm story.

The Tale of Two Tea Parties…

Good Afternoon fellow Patriots!

I am sitting in a Laundromat in Lake George because it is the only place I can find Wi-Fi and get some information passed on to you. My cell phone had several messages on it from people who received a rather disturbing email from some former “tea party” folks and some people are obviously distressed. I would like to sort it out for you.

There are two tea parties – the one that you and I belong to, you know “Taxed Enough Already”, and “hold the politician’s feet to the fire” and “No Obamacare”, “NO CAP AND TAX” etc etc. And then there’s the one that some other’s belong to, I like to call it Tea Party Lite, or if the acronym would work it would be TPINO (Tea Party in Name Only). These are the people that once in a great while show up to a meeting if they believe someone important is there, like an elected official, or if there is a huge issue looming in front of us – like Obamacare or if they think they can play some sort of role as a special “liason” between the politician and the rogue hick tea party types like myself.

We have been encouraging principled men and women, tea party folks, and I have actually been praying for God to give to us – a person, or several people who would run for office, become elected, and serve our nation and its people honorably. I can think of at least 10 men – Greg G., Dan M., Dan L., Carl H., Gary M., Rick P., Eugene M., Steve G., Stan M., Barry L., — right off of the top of my head that if they were to say, “I’d like to run for office” that I would work for 24/7 to get them elected. We have such a candidate among us, we have a man who absolutely understands the U.S. Constitution, the way things were intended to work, the beautiful plan that was laid out, and how terribly far away from it we have traveled.

Do you remember when we had Michael Peroutka from the Institute on the Constitution come and present for us back in April? He gave a demonstration about how the Right (the GOP) has consistently moved left in order to be more popular with those in opposition to them. You know, at the end of the day, it’s just great to be friends right? Go ahead Mr. GOP Senator, vote to set up an Obamacare Exchange, vote to take my right to trial by jury away, you’re really nice to me when I see you at your fundraiser and you make me feel just oh, so important. Of course you can have my vote!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????

This message is to all of you out there who have been in the trenches with me since day one. You know who you are. You have written letters, made phone calls, rode on a bus to Lansing, possibly even D.C., you’ve attended rallies, you’ve gone to meetings in Lansing, you’ve attended hearings for our fellow citizens who are having their Constitutional rights trampled on forcing them into a court of law (very ethical and unbiased too). Where have the people been who now want our votes?

I have walked in and voted for the very last time for someone who has abused their position and political power. I am voting for Peter Konetchy. I have gone door-to-door for him several hours a day, a couple times a week for over a month. I have not answered a single poll. I don’t believe the polls. Remember – the polls in Virginia had Eric Cantor winning too and he lost by 11%!!! We have our own David Brat to vote for . . . Join me in celebrating the fact that we can walk in and vote for one of us. Let’s show Tea Party Lite that tea party activists have guts and tenacity that they can only dream of having . . . When the going gets tough, the tough vote for Pete!

If you are not in U.S. Congressional District #4 but have the opportunity to vote for a principled candidate, do it! Let’s send a powerful message – we cannot be bought anymore!

Listed below are Pete Konetchy’s radio ads running this week. He has a fraction of what Moolenaar or Mitchell have to spend. You won’t get one of those irritating phone calls nor will you receive 2 or 3 mailers in your mailbox from him each day. He is truly campaigning on a shoestring and if you haven’t heard his ads on the radio, you can listen to them here. Also, below that is a letter I received from a fellow tea partier (not a Tea Party Lite) expressing his thoughts on Peter K. I am sending it on as he does not have access to a mass email list like some other former tea party folks do so I will do it for him. Much of the info will do no good today (too late for cottage meetings etc) but his thoughts are good ones. It is the sentiments I have heard repeatedly over the past several weeks and is representative of what “grassroots” attitude and action really means. If anyone else has thoughts that they would like to share, please go to our website and post something there. Pete receives We the People email and also accesses the website so he can go there and read your comments.

Remember – vote Tuesday, August 5. Let’s “cantor” the Establishment!

In Liberty,

Tammy

Peter Konetchy…

I know, I know, another post on Peter Konetchy… It is so hard for me not to share videos on Peter Konetchy. Finally a candidate that I can vote for on August 5th and I can still sleep at night with peace in my soul. It is so refreshing to hear a candidate champion the constitution without apologizing in the next sentence.

For years I have been dreaming of a candidate that would think principles were more important than power…Peter Konetchy has made my dreams come true. I have been going door to door and it has been a pleasure to brag about a candidate that is going to fight to return power to the states and the people of this great country.

This afternoon, while campaigning, I was bragging about how Pete knew the constitution like the back of his hand, sadly this primary voter was turned off when I said constitution…What are we becoming as a nation if voters are turned off when a candidate is dedicated to protecting the constitution? It is a good day in American when we don’t have to pick the better of two evils, we have a third choose, we have someone that says, “I want to get the Federal Government out of your life!”
